    Renters Beware

    Probably want to keep looking if you don't want foot traffic from Colfax, Fights breaking out, Pool parties, downed Elevators, Carpeted Hallways that have never been cleaned. Smokers in the Garage. Just to name a few. Happy Hunting.

We’ve also begun addressing maintenance concerns, including deep cleaning carpets and improving overall upkeep throughout the community.
