It’s an average apartment experience especially for what we pay, parking is non existent, management is hard to reach and never reached out so it’s hard to resolve issues, maintained takes way too long especially for urgent matters, best thing is the lady at the front desk when you walk in, so polite and awesome to talk to.

Overall a good apartment complex. Units are laid out well and has pretty decent upgrades to them. Close to lots of things as well.

Fletcher at Southlands is a spacious community with many walking paths, a nice playground for the kids and a great pool area. The Resident center is also a nice place to enjoy pool, computers, or just reading/conversing by a fireplace. The size of the apartments is good and the cost is better than other places.
