Employees are kind and sweet, the renovations are nice, but it's always noisy, or an amenity is closed for an unknown period of time. I wish we would have known that we'd be moving into a construction zone before we signed a lease. I also wish there were monthly community events at the clubhouse where we can get to know our neighbors, like a paint & sip, or craft night.

We also understand your concerns regarding the ongoing construction and occasional amenity closures. We recognize… that improvements can be disruptive, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused. Our goal is to continue to communicate updates as clearly as possible and minimize disruptions while these improvements are completed. These improvements are only making the community better for our residents!
We also appreciate your suggestion regarding monthly resident events. We agree that creating more opportunities for neighbors to connect and enjoy the community together is important. We will certainly take your ideas, including paint-and-sip and craft nights, into consideration as we continue planning our resident events. We did host a yoga at the pool in August and very few residents joined. Please make sure you are keeping up with our monthly blast e-mails that are sent to all residents regarding upcoming resident events taking place.

Poor management

Property has constant staff changes. Been here 3 years and its getting worse each management change. Issues ignored, rude staff, and no customer service.
