The Joliet at Lowry Apartments

We had a very bad experience upon moving in because we don't have blinds on three windows, which means we have no privacy. The heater doesn't work, and we were cold during the last snowfall, even though I have a six-year-old son and my wife is sick. The hot water doesn't consistently reach the master bathroom; a window frame is broken; a sink is cracked and clogged, and a few other issues. The office staff was so patient and worked with us the whole way through. When we hit a bump in the paperwork process they guided us through to get us home.

Love the office people and apartments are nice I like the design of the apartments inside and out, the office ladies helped us out and made the move in process easy.
