The Joliet at Lowry Apartamentos

So far I've enjoyed my time here. The online resident Portal can be a bit janky, but otherwise the front office has been attentive to any questions or additional needs.

We had a very bad experience upon moving in because we don't have blinds on three windows, which means we have no privacy. The heater doesn't work, and we were cold during the last snowfall, even though I have a six-year-old son and my wife is sick. The hot water doesn't consistently reach the master bathroom; a window frame is broken; a sink is cracked and clogged, and a few other issues. I was told that maintenance would help us, but they haven't. The only good thing is the help and attention... Ashly gives us. Lee mas

My stay here been alright been living in this property for 6 Year's so it tells u if I like it or not but there's a positive. There's new owners and changes Are looking good .

We absolutely love our new loft apartment at The Joliet at Lowry! The space has such a unique and modern feel, especially with the spiral staircase that adds a cool, open vibe. The layout is super functional, and the high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. One of the best perks is the valet trash service—it’s such a small thing, but it makes life way easier. The community itself is quiet and well-maintained, and the location is convenient for everything we need. The leasing team was... helpful throughout the process, making our move smooth and stress-free. The office staff was so patient and worked with us the whole way through. When we hit a bump in the paperwork process they guided us through to get us home.
