My first month of here is so great. The community is so friendly and welcoming.
The only downside here is, there is no elevator to life your stuff. Other than that, everything is great! :D

The community Is beautiful, clean and quiet. Parking Is abundant! Club house Is really fantastic! My family was thrilled to see the amenities and how they are open to guests. This Is really a plus!

Just Eh

Apartments are fine and updated. However, parking is a nightmare for my building, and can imagine it’s only going to get worse. The complex is no where near full, and there is no where near enough parking for all of these apartments. They are basically going to force us to rent a garage or carport just to make sure I can park my car somewhere. Same with the amenities. Cannot imagine the gym, common spaces, and pool once these other buildings start filling up. Oh, and the construction workers... around here don’t care that this is a residence and not a construction site. They park in residential parking (sometimes taking up more than one space), leave razor blades in the parking lots everywhere, throw debris into the dog park area for your dog to eat, and also will prop the gates open to the dog park while you have your dog unleashed in there. Already looking forward to my lease ending next year…
