There is a unit upstairs that is full of people who hang out on the balcony and yell obscenities and scream just to be loud until 1:30 and 2 In the morning they have beer cans attached to their balcony on the top and bottom of the railing and are obnoxiously loud and disrespectful to all the other tenants in the building I’m not against partying and having fun but these people have no concern for anyone im regretting my decision to move to this complex

Maintenance crew along with office personnel have been very good at responding in a very timely manner. My flooring issue since October 2025 has been an issue to resolve finally was partly resolved.

The leasing agent Arely was super friendly, professional and organized. She made the signing experience very fast and easy. The only issue was having to wait an extra week to move in so that the apartment would pass inspection. So logistically the move was complicated.

Everyone was so helpful with the application and lease process! They went out of their way to help us in choosing the best location for us also based on the availability.

Everything was ready on the day we picked up our keys.

They have been very kind and answered all questions that we had.
