Very nice apartment, good location and quiet. The units seem roomy and the in unit laundry is nice. Poor response time on repair requests though.

I love that is very quiet and safe here night and day. The grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is lovely.
We've had a few maintenance issues and they were taken care of quickly

Since AI has taken over the phones it can be hard to get any questions or issues answered. I wish resources could be put to more staff to help with property and matinence instead of an AI bot.

The apartment is great
However, I really wish the hours for the pool were better :( it’s sad not being able to use it in the evenings/weekends
It feels like I’m paying for an amenity I can’t really use

Move in was a breeze! Our neighbors are great! Sky Rock made moving from out of state easier than expected! The complex is clean, quiet, and has such a great view of the mountains!
