Horrible management with several breakins
this apartment is poorly managed and there have been about 4/5 break ins to cars and package locks since I have moved in. No increased security and their solution was that the tenants should deal with it and call the cops if they want.

Great units dreadful management
My fiancé and I moved into a one bedroom apartment here that we absolutely love, but that’s where the good ends with the Douglas. There are constant inconveniences, from the fire alarm going off at odd hours several times a month to painting the garage in the middle of the winter, to broken appliances that take months to fix, and so much more. I can’t recommend this building regardless of how cozy we have been able to make our space. We are absolutely looking to move at the end of this lease... with no chance of renewal.
