Cockroaches and horrible Management

If I can give you one piece of advice absolutely do not live here. My apartment is infested with cockroaches, and I have reported it to the Douglas as being inhabitable and they told me that they cannot do anything in terms of giving me another place to stay or letting me out of my lease. I have many other issues over the last few years while living here and the whole time the same issue has been the management. But this is what put me over the edge, and I would never recommend this building to... my worst enemy.

resident caused. We responded to your concern the very next day and had pest control spray your apartment, we will continue to have pest control come in every week until the problem is resolved. We understand that you are frustrated, but please know that we are here to help and not hinder.
