Aspendale is a lovely new 60 Apartment complex with many amenities.it also is a community where residents interact and enjoy activities together. It’s a lively living environment in the heart of Centennial and near all services. It’s a fun family!

I've lived here for not quite two months and am getting more and more comfortable knowing my way around and in getting to know the leasing team and they me. Residents are very friendly and considerate. I enjoy the amenities here which are easy to get to and the extra things that are planned for us by the team. I particularly like the all-inclusive rent feature that is used here. Come for a tour and see for yourselves how you would enjoy living here.
