kitchen. One of the living rooms has a wood burning fireplace perfect for Colorado winters. The is a half bathroom on the main level and the laundry room is near the kitchen. The home has hook ups for a washer and dryer. The home has a fully fenced backyard.
The home was built in 1985, it is 1776 square feet, and it is in School District 11. The home has forced air heat but it does not have AC. There are ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. The tenant is responsible for all utilities.
