This is a great place to live if you have the understanding that there are families with young children and dogs that bark throughout the day and night. Rent is pretty reasonable, and I've not had a single package stolen.

I am a pretty easy tenant and don’t complain about much. The only issues I’ve had the 2 weeks I’ve lived here is just that it seems communication isn’t 100% clear between staff. I was told maintenance could fix the garbage disposal before noon on a weekday and didn’t show but still unclear if they’re able to come before noon. Hours aren’t terrible to speak with staff but I’ve received a few different answers as to when I can and can’t contact. Overall, community is nice and provides a lot of... shops near by. The staff may have had some communication mistakes but they are more than friendly and caring. I’ve only spoke with Ashley Brie and Cole and all 3 of them have been nothing more than helpful when I have a question or need help with anything.
