Not a great place, Decent neighborhood, Almost terrible location

The place is infested with bed bugs. Nothing has been done of it as of yet and the office is hard to get a hold of unless it concerns your rent. Noise is annoying being next to the main road and a biker bar during the summer, but it's something you get used to. All neighbors keep to themselves and there is hardly a problem with them till recently, aka drug deals going on in the back or drunk people honking their car horns and yelling at 2 a.m. For how much you have to pay to live here, it is... in need of a makeover, inside and out. Only upside to living here is if you have children in elementary school, Stratton Elementary is an amazing school. If you can find a place in the area so your kids can go there. But, I would not, EVER, recommend this place to anyone.

Great place, Great neighborhood, Terrific location

I strongly recommend this place if you're looking to be within minimal distance by living in the heart of Colorado Springs. Shopping, malls, trails and activities within walking distance.
