Nash Springs seems like any other appartment complex where they make it seem really amazing but management is unresponsive and facilities lacks time mamagement skills or at least the staff to get their tasks done. Seems like either staffing issues, task management issues, or time management issues.

I would say at the beginning our experience was poor because the leasing office was terrible but now the leasing office is great and maintenance is great. It’s the residents that are terrible playing loud music. And they just don’t care about it anything even when the leasing office tells them
