Great property, fair rates. Maintenance crew is on top of issues. Parking is a little tricky without a reserved spot. Pool is rarely open. But great location within distance to everything

Every summer the pool is opened late and then it is opened for one week. They close the pool for mechanical issues. That is their excuse every summer for the last three years. Don't rent at these apartments.

I have lived at oakdale springs for the last 2 years and it has been a very comfortable place to call home. Everything from the pool and hot tub to the dog park it has everything. In unit washers and dryers! I mean I can't think of anything else I could need from a place. The staff is amazing and very friendly and will help you with any issue that comes up or take time to sit and talk with you. The maintenance team are very hard workers and they are very good at their jobs. They fix the problem... very quickly everytime and they are very respectful. They communicate with you throughout the process and they do a phenomenal job. I've very grateful to have found such an amazing place to call home.

Overall, the management team does a good job keeping the community running smoothly. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to live.

Do not resides at Oakdale Springs, no respect, they don't care about you, management is a joke, nobody knows anything. Fees for everything including fee to pay your rent online. No grass, it's all weeds, manager is rude and incompetent. This could be a great place to live if the right management was in place.
