I am thoroughly unimpressed with how The Montecito handled the entire situation with the apartment fire. Also with the people they allow to live there and cause problems with neighbors by screaming and fighting and shooting in the hallways, and allowing multiple aggressive animals on site. Not only that but when we moved out we were still charged rent for months afterwards and electricity for a week even after shutting it off. We were told we would not be charged and this would be taken care of… and taken of. We were threatened with eviction months after we had moved out even after we told them the day we left.

Enjoy living here. Staff is awesome always friendly. The park ( playground area) is a lot cleaner now. The hallways are maintained better. The gym is finally open.

Waiting for laundry room to open, loud upstairs neighbors, rude residents that run you out of the pool by blasting music and bringing in alcohol when children where present

Since my last review we have gotten a new manager. She is fixing everything! Its wonderful. Every maintenance request i have had is finally being resolved. She is amazing ??
