Disappointing, issues with management

I’ve lived here for a while, but unfortunately things have gone downhill since the management changed. The current manager, Betsy, has been unresponsive and often rude when residents raise concerns. For weeks, the dog waste stations have not been cleaned, and many are out of bags with no restocking. There is pet waste throughout the property, and the dog park is consistently filthy. It’s disappointing and unsanitary.
Maintenance overall has been poor. The swimming pool was closed for nearly two...
years. It reopened at the end of August last year, only to close again in early October. Residents are paying rent that includes amenities, yet we’re unable to use them consistently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here. I’m looking forward to the end of my lease so I can move somewhere better managed.

Management is terrible here. Maintenance team is the only thing keeping this place going. We’re at least lucky to have them.

Repairs take a long time to complete and seems like the company (not the workers) would rather cut corners and costs. The entrance gate took months to complete and another month or two before it was operational. Then after someone crashed into it, while it was repaired fairly quickly, it stays open 24/7 now with no updates on if or when it will be operational again.
