1600 Glenarm Place is at most an average downtown apartment. The rent price for the square footage is the only upside to living here. The management and staff is constantly revolving which leads to inconsistent and sparse information. The "Gated" parking garage has been broken and wide open for months, with no foreseeable plan of being fixed. There are a total of 5 elevators, two of which have been closed for remodeling for over a year, one of which is a freight elevator that is broken almost... every day, and of the remaining 2, they operate to different floors, so you can only use one, and these break every few days. And good luck if you have a real maintenance request. We lost power in our unit for 2 weeks before they were able to send a repair person out, and even then, it took 2 more weeks for them to restore the power. Overall, 1600 Glenarm is the antithesis of what Greystar represents; a thrown together operation that cuts corners, leaves you in the dark, and could care less about you.

I am in my second year lease at 1600 Glenarm and have enjoyed living here. The building is beautiful and the amenities are great. I believe it offers great value for the rental cost. I really do appreciate all of the work that 1600 Glenarm’s team does for its residents.

Great property and staff involvement. Leasing agent Madisyn really helped answer my questions and prioritized removing unexpected roadblocks that do their best to get in the way of lease signing. A great location with some untapped potential that is just waiting to further elevate the downtown Denver living experience.

Living at 1600 Glenarm Place has been a great experience overall. The building itself is beautiful—especially the lobby and common areas, which are modern, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they care about creating a welcoming environment for residents.

There are a few areas that could use some attention. Service tickets can take longer than expected to be completed, and elevator outages have been a recurring inconvenience....
Additionally, there’s occasionally an unpleasant sewage smell in the lobby, which detracts from an otherwise polished first impression.

Despite these issues, the overall vibe of the building is positive. The location is unbeatable, the atmosphere feels upscale and community-oriented, and the friendly team makes it a place I’m happy to call home.
