Hot tub and amenities consistently broken.
Hello, NEW OR LOOKING TENETS PLEASE READ. I have lived here for over 7 months and something always seems to break. The elevators seem to consistently break and someone even got stuck in there recently.
The main and most frustrating amenity that is constantly broken is the hot tub and pool. I specifically chose this place for its hot tub with a great view. It has been broken more than a dozen times. In the past 2 months it was not usable for over a month due to them not having the part they... needed to fix it. Now it is not working again with the water being cold. We pay good money to have these functioning properly.
Also, the blinds in the gym in front of the elliptical machine have been broken for over 3 months and they never fix it they just roll it up so it is not functional. This renders the machines in front of it unusable during afternoon hours due do the blind sunlight. I have info on good authority that they have a backlog over well over 50-100 maintenance requests that they haven’t got to due to changes in repair staff and mismanagement.
My lease is coming up in a few months and there are some really nice pros to renting here, but this lack of respect for their renters make me seriously consider finally a new spot that will respect me and my money.
I don’t want some chat GPT reply on here saying we hear your concerns and let’s have a meeting. I WANT ACTION AND ACCOUNTABILITY. this is not too much to ask. Do better. You wonder why so many people want to break their lease or won’t renew. This is partly why. Thank you for whoever reads this.
