Great amenities and location, poor build quality
Overall, this has been a pretty disappointing experience. The complex markets itself as “luxury living,” but it feels like it was built quickly to start generating revenue without enough attention to quality.
To be fair, the rooftop sky lounge and pool are great, and the location is a big plus. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the construction quality—especially the lack of sound insulation. Noise travels extremely easily. From inside an apartment, you can hear elevators opening and closing,... roommates talking from across the unit with doors shut, and even neighbors simply watching TV.
Because of this, normal, everyday living becomes a problem. Something as basic as watching an Avalanche or Nuggets game in the evening can result in a noise complaint. It’s frustrating to feel like you can’t function like a normal person in your own home.
Given the very high rent, the overall experience just doesn’t justify the cost. It’s disappointing because the amenities and location have a lot of potential, but they don’t make up for the poor build quality and overly restrictive living environment. I wouldn’t recommend it.
