So far (two weeks in) my experience has been good living at Broadstone on 9th! Everyone from the office staff, to maintenance, to other tenants have been so friendly. The package system is easy to use, the amenities are nice, the unit I’m in is really spacious! The only big concern I have had so far is that I have heard a lot of talk (and seen other reviews) about cars getting broken into in the parking garage. There is a metal gate on the top two levels, but it opens and closes very very slowly... , and doesn’t rise all the way to the top of the ceiling, so people could easily slide in or climb over it. It’s very expensive to have an assigned parking spot within the gated levels, but with the low level of actual security it gives, I wish it wasn’t as expensive. I don’t think it matters where you park in the garage, the risk of getting broken into is likely the same. I’ll consider myself lucky that nothing has happened to my car so far and continue to keep it empty!

The community is nice but the lack of security and management’s willingness to do anything about it is incredibly frustrating. Will definitely be moving out at the end of my lease if these things are not fixed.

I have been here living with my teenage daughter for almost a year. We live it here. The grounds are meticulously kept. It’s quite beautiful and peaceful for being in the city. Public transportation is easy for my daughter and picks up right in front of the complex. The staff are so friendly and kind. They seem to enjoy their jobs which makes a world of difference! The apartments are beautiful. We live in a Delilah floorplan. It’s spacious, we do not feel that we are on top of each other.... Plenty of room to live our separate lives and be a family. We face the dog park, which is above and beyond treat! We also face the leasing courtyard with its beautiful fire pit. It’s vibrant orange seat, cushions that look happy all around, the grill and bar area and we even have a bunny that lives out there. There’s an overall great vibe here. It’s exactly what we were looking for and relocating from Austin. It’s incredibly walkable. With a plethora of great restaurants small eateries for coffee, shops a couple of nail salons a bike fix it shop and a movie theater all within a three block radius. I highly recommend this property. The apartments are much more spacious than the newer, Milo and Theo buildings, which are also within walking distance. We feel safe here and love it’s proximity to the amazing experiences of Denver!
