Canvas on Blake

Being a recent college grad with an entry level job, it's difficult to find a decent place to live in the city. I must have toured a dozen or so apartment complexes before settling on Canvas as my home. After living here for a few months, I'm confident I made the right choice. My little studio apartment is packed with brand new amenities and thick walls that prevent me from hearing what my neighbors are up to. The amenities here are amazing. My friends love coming over to visit. The residents... here are respectful, clean, and quiet. The free coffee in the lounge makes my day when I work from home, and having an entire coffee shop in the lobby is a dream. I plan on making Canvas my home for as long as possible! Read More

Apartment building is well maintained and clean. Amenities are nice, good location, very kind and helpful staff as well. One thing I don't like however is the varying cost of utilities for common space areas, often I feel like it is pretty expensive and feel this should be more of an expense absorbed by Canvas or have it be a flat fee.

Well kept and in good condition. Management does their best when it comes to communication. Maintenance requests are dealt with swiftly. Pretty quiet. Impeccable location. Only lacking more community events. I don’t feel like I know my neighbors at all.

Love it here. The management is beyond kind and helpful. Looking forward to another year here. I have an amazing view and great amenities. Thank you Canvas

Leasing office staff was really helpful and made the process really easy and simple. They were very responsive to calls and never left me any doubt that i had in mind!
