Property is convenient, maintenance staff are great, but so much smoking around the property. Buildings and amenities are a bit older, but pretty well maintained. Neighbors are generally nice, but walls are thin and bad neighbors are way too loud.

I moved in and everything has been great! I submitted a maintenance request and the team was out in a timely manner and was able to address my issues promptly. Amenities are in great shape as well!

Love living in this neighborhood. It is safe, I’ve never had any issues with security, and my packages have mostly never been stolen. Management is usually on top of it if I need anything. Overall good experience.

Absolutely love living at carriage place! It is quiet and the perfect place to live if you have a pet! The staff is great and I endlessly recommend living here!

Great Place to live! Perfect location and friendly neighbors. Peaceful and quiet. I lived in different cities throughout metro Denver and Carriage Place are by far the best apartments. Convenient to all your needs stores schools dive bars and eateries
