When will the pool be fixed. Other than that living here is pretty good. No rats, trash is usually picked up, Pretty good at landlord tenat communication. And excited for the fob change soon for the mail room and gym and what not.

LOOK ELSEWHERE
Multiple maintenance requests have to be submitted just to get someone over to fix issues you may be having in your place. After filing claims you will more than likely have to call office again to see why it is taking so long.
Never had a sliding screen door in the 2 years that we lived there due to them never getting us one. Ceiling flooded when we moved in. Management and staff rude to us for no reason and then acted like we didn’t put in service requests for stuff to be fixed. I would... highly recommend looking elsewhere in the DTC area.

Its a mixed bag but the amount of rent, I say its superb. The units are old so things like lights flicker, was not told that i had the option of switching off pilot light in furnace.Would have saved quite a lot on gas.
Management is responsive and works closely to mitigate problems thats the biggest boon i can ask for. So am happy living here and shall continue to extend the lease.
