Living here has been nothing but great. Decently quiet community. Neighbors and friendly and keep to themselves. Community is kept tidy and clean. Trash service is excellent. Pool and hot tub access can be spotty, but they do the best they can to have everything operational. Overall it’s been a fantastic experience living here.

I have to down size from 2 bedroom to 1 bedroom but let me tell you I can’t complain one bedroom feel more comfy the only thing is the to find a parking spot !!!

We stumbled upon Carriage Place, ironically, while on our way to view another apartment complex. Intrigued by the neighborhood, we drove straight back and fell in love with it. A month later, as we visiting one last time before moving from out of state, we requested a last-minute tour. The leasing staff was incredibly flexible and accommodating.

As soon as we stepped into the floor plan we were considering, we knew this place was the one. However, we wanted to hold off just in case we decided... to go with our other choice. The staff was not pushy but presented all our offers effectively, which helped us make the decision that same evening.

The friendly and quick communication of the staff made the process seamless. The added perks of our own garage and carport, 24-hour maintenance, and fitness center were huge selling points for us.

I highly recommend anyone who comes across Carriage Place to stop looking and make this place their new home.
