Its a mixed bag but the amount of rent, I say its superb. The units are old so things like lights flicker, was not told that i had the option of switching off pilot light in furnace.Would have saved quite a lot on gas.
Management is responsive and works closely to mitigate problems thats the biggest boon i can ask for. So am happy living here and shall continue to extend the lease.

I would give a 5 star review, however there is a homeless person living practically on top of me for over a year now and nothing gets done about it even though I have notified management many many times

Cool! Really nice place with a really cool pool! Never used the gym but I hear it’s nice! Lived here for about 5 years and I have no complaints!

So far so good, every issue I have so far has been addressed. The front office staff and the maintenance staff have been great! And MOST neighbors have been kind and courteous.

Pretty great place, nice layouts of units, great location near a park and the highway that goes straight to downtown. Connected garages are also a huge bonus. Leasing people are kind as well, and often have random little events or goody bags which is a nice neighborhood touch. Maintenance is also fast and does good work.

Downsides are that they require you to do valet trash, which is pricey and kind of ridiculous. They claim there’s no way to opt out, but that just feels like something they... say to shut you up. I mean, they built the system; it’s hard to believe they couldn’t change it if they really wanted to.
