Great place to live. Leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful. It’s overall pretty quiet, aside from unavoidable street noise. Very unproblematic compared to other places

It's a very quiet place to live, and they provide security personnel at night. The attention to office maintenance requests is very efficient. I must emphasize that Linda's work in this office is exceptional.
Es un lugar muy tranquilo para vivir , proveen perosnal de seguridad en las noches . La atencion en los requerimientos de matenimimiento en oficina son muy eficientes . Debo destacar que el trabajo que hace Linda en esta oficia es excepcional .

The complex is in a great location to anywhere in Denver with I-25 and Lightrail within walking distance. Management is there to answer and offer help along with maintenance handling any service request as fast as possible. Why I did not rate this a 5 star is because of two issues - one of them being worked on now and the other will probably be started in Spring/Summer - Potholes - just like the rest of the city.

Creo que falta es un poco de mantenimiento a los edificios por dentro, los cuales están muy sucios y dejados.
