Cortland Alameda Station Apartments

Living here has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in an apartment complex. The property is poorly managed and it shows in every area. Rodents are a constant problem, doors and facilities are broken or left unrepaired, and cars get stolen regularly. Neighbors are extremely noisy and it is common to see people loitering or using drugs around the property.

The front desk staff is rarely available and when they are, they do very little to address residents concerns. Stolen packages... are ignored and security is basically nonexistent. The only positive thing is that the maintenance team works hard and does their best, but they cannot make up for the many failures of management.

If you are looking for a safe, well managed, and comfortable place to live, this is not it. Read More

Cortland Alameda Station I am happy to call home. Management team are awesome and make me feel important and insure I know what is going on with my apartment at all times. I tell everyone I know come here to live and enjoy where you live. I can honestly say this is the best place I have lived at in a long time.

Living at Cortland has been an AMAZING experience! The maintenance team is extremely responsive and professional and everyone in the leasing office is so sweet and will go above and beyond to help with any concerns you might have. For what I pay in rent this place exceeds all expectations and is WELL worth it!

I’ve been living in this apartment community for some time now, and I can’t say enough about how safe and secure it feels here. The property is well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of care from the management team. Bianca and Cole, in particular, are fantastic—they’re always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about making this a great place to live.

I love how centralized this place is, allowing for shorter time commutes to most places.

Living next to the train tracks has been... fine for me. The freight trains are usually short and take about 1-2 mins to pass. The sound insulation is good, but won’t completely block train noise out. If, that is a concern for anyone, they might have better luck living in the suburbs or a rural area. There is going to be some type of noise living in an apartment right next to a light rail station in an urban area.

The property staff does a wonderful job communicating any repairs or maintenance updates, whether it’s with the amenities or anywhere on the property. They’re transparent about timelines and always keep us informed, which is greatly appreciated. Service requests are handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication to resident comfort.

Of course, there are going to be issues no matter where you move, but what stands out here is how the community handles them. What’s more, there are a handful of residents who are proactive and genuinely work together to be part of the solution. It’s refreshing to see a community that cares and collaborates to maintain a positive living environment.

Front Range Patrol is also very responsive, addressing any concerns quickly and effectively, which adds to the peace of mind here. It’s clear the property management prioritizes safety, quality, and community, making this a great place to call home. Read More

The office staff is courteous and takes pride in this community. I am overall happy here. It is great that this is right next to a train station. With that said, there will be transients (that is apart of the territory) Anytime I have made a call about them; there was a response in less than 5 minutes. It is up to the community to come together to keep the issues of people who shouldn’t be here off the property. Overall, I do feel safe. The maintenance of the building is on par.
