Good place to live, especially cause i work close by. The washer/dryer in my unit is super cute and easy to learn to use. Jason the manager actually called me back when i left a message and helped me with my quesitons.
Highly reccommend a unit with washer/dryer.

Rent is too high for the quality of the units. Units are infested with pests (cockroaches, bedbugs), packages stolen from "secure delivery spots", AC turned off most the year.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We regret to hear that your experience has fallen short of the one we strive to provide, and assure your our team is committed to doing whatever we can to turn it around.
We have pest control... twice per week and residents are able to request an inspection at their convenience. We have package lockers, and the leasing office accepts packages in order to help residents receive their packages. Unfortunately, some delivery drivers violate their company's delivery policy, and we always recommend residents reach out to the carrier if they ever experiences issues with how their package was delivered.
Since our HVAC system uses boilers, the building does not have AC after October as we have turned the heat on in the buildings. If you'd like to discuss your experience further or if there is anything we can do for you, please always feel welcome to reach out to us.
