No heat in January, no word from management.
Essential amenities have been out of order for 1/3 of my lease. This is unacceptable for what they charge.
The door lock for my unit was out of order for the first four months of my lease, and I was told the wrong lock was installed in my door, and as a result, maintenance entered twice without permission, once when I was undressed.
I currently don’t have heat in January in my unit, this is absurd.
There’s like 20 buildings newer within a 3 block radius, look elsewhere.
