How Is This Rating Determined?

Very solid apartment

I lived here from 2025 - 2026. All in all it was a great experience. The people in the office are very very helpful and friendly, and maintenance was too - they resolved all my issues with the apartment in a very timely manner. The only complaints I had were the single pane windows (slightly more noisy and less good at insulation), and the parking would fill up later at night - but really these weren't that big of a deal. The community is solid and the apartments are great.
Would recommend!

Amazing community. Very clean and kept. The office is very responsive to any and all communication. The community is mostly quiet, given that it is an older building, living on the main floor we do hear a lot of creaking and footsteps from upstairs neighbors, but nothing excessive. The area is tucked away and not too timely from stores/restaurants. We've had nothing but a great time living here.

Don’t care about you or your safety

They don’t care about packages or cars being stolen. They refuse to install cameras or any sort of safer mailboxes. Everything takes forever to get fixed in the apartment. They have one or two maintenance guys for the entire freaking complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
