Friendly staff and I absolutely love the inside of my apartment. The layout is perfect and the additional storage space is great! It'salso nice having a fullsize washer and dryer. However, they need to please work on making sure all amenities are functioning properly and tenants are not violating rules or allowing guests to park in the parking lot.

I have lived in a handful of grey star communities and this is by far the worst one.

Multiple car break ins and multiple fees to get to your mail will be what residents are greeted with.
