The request that I put in was initialized within 24 hours, and he was able to come in and fix my issue within 7 minutes. The whole interaction took less than 10 minutes, and he showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. But essentially, we reset the AC unit because it was not blowing air at the normal rate, and a quick little reset fixed it all up!

I experienced an issue with my AC not working and general maintenance tried to resolve it but were unsuccessful. I got updates from Alex and Jonathan (both fantastic too) but their hands were tied with the process. About a week into this issue, Laura stepped in. She either called or texted me every single day with updates, plans in place and just general check-in. This is beyond the call of duty and her empathy is unmatched. She worked relentlessly on this issue and I knew exactly what was... happening every step of the way. She is going to do wonders for this complex and I can't say how much I appreciate her efforts but her as a person. It's the little things that make BIG differences.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This building is by far the worst place I have ever lived. If you have any other options, I strongly suggest doing that instead. The buildings and complex are dirty and homeless people are a constant presence inside the building where they like to go to the bathroom and sleep in the stairwells. The manager told me that there is ‘nothing I can do to prevent homeless people from getting in the building’, so just be aware that is how they feel about the situation before signing a lease even though... there are plenty of possible security upgrades that they fail to implement. Basic service requests take weeks and sometimes months to be completed. The amenities are low quality and rarely open. The parking garage is not secure and car break-ins are a frequent occurrence. Residents leave trash in the hallways all weekend and the management does nothing about it. Residents don’t pick up after their dogs and management just lets it sit there. Overall a disgusting place with terrible staff.

We’re sorry you’ve had a negative experience here at Mason. Our garages and buildings are secured/controlled access however, doors are just deterrents and not 100% foolproof. In addition to Front Range Patrol patrolling the property nightly...
and being available for residents to call 24/7, we ar e in the process of implementing a new security measure soon.

Maintenance addresses service requests promptly and sometimes a vendor is needed for the repair, which can delay things. We have a full-time groundskeeper and a full-time housekeeper to clean the grounds and buildings. We do care and we do clean up after residents who do not pick up after themselves or their pet. We ask that residents do their part to help keep the community clean.

We’re sorry that we cannot please everyone. We welcome prospective residents to come tour the property and meet our wonderful staff who work hard every day to make Mason a great place to call home.
