I’ve dealt with squatters addicts and criminals in and out of building. Inconsiderate loud neighbors with dogs barking all day on porches. I am not satisfied but can’t afford to move presently.

The unit itself is great, but overall the care for the grounds is terrible trash is everywhere mattresses, couches, machinery is tucked away in corners and left the place is just dirty. It’ll take multiple attempts for your work orders to be addressed. They oversell the parking so beware if you have a car.
