The request that I put in was initialized within 24 hours, and he was able to come in and fix my issue within 7 minutes. The whole interaction took less than 10 minutes, and he showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. But essentially, we reset the AC unit because it was not blowing air at the normal rate, and a quick little reset fixed it all up!
