New management ruined this place

We have lived here for about 4 years now and the last 2 have been ABYSMALLY BAD. Management doesn't care, everything is extremely run down as prices go up somehow!!! The least clean common areas I have ever seen in my 15+ years of renting. The pools are always broken and dog poop is LITTERED EVERYWHERE. Garbage cans are overflowing on the regular. Only one of the office lady's does anything. If you talk to the front desk lady and not the manager expect 0 communication and nothing to be done she... will lie to your face and has multiple times to us.

DO NOT LIVE HERE THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PLACES IN DENVER DONT SETTLE FOR THIS TRAP

New management sucks. No longer griffis. Gate does not work. Mail always stolen. Lots of crime. Roaches.

Unfortunately, it is not a simple fix as the call box was severely... damaged but it is our top priority to repair it as soon as possible. We also have a pest control company that we partner with and would be more than happy to schedule a treatment. The location is beautiful. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It made moving into Highline at Cherry Creek fairly smooth. The apartment is also very nice as well as the common amenities and I would highly recommend this place.
