I've only been here for 3 mos., moving here from a big house in a nearby neighborhood after the loss of my husband, and it's been everything I had hoped for, new friends, lots of activities, including some intellectual and life broadening movies and lectures, and most of all an active supportive community.

The residents are very nice. The people here are talented, and smart. No one leaves because they don't like it here. They leave because of health issues, to be nearer to children, or because they can no longer afford the rent. The hi rent would be my only complaint.

I've only been a resident at the Overture 9th & CO for two months, but am quite happy. My apt is lovely, but what really drew me to this building, was the community and activities and the location is perfect. Restaurants nearby, and since my home I left, is nearby, I'm able to keep up with much of my previous life as well as the many new friends and activities I am now a part of. The office staff has been very helpful as well. I am sure I made the right decision, coming here, and everyday I… have much to look forward to.
