The front door lock has been broken for almost two years. It commonly does not close and leaves the building unsecured. I don't know why this is not a priority to fix. The laundry room is dirty and the washing machines do not work well. In general, the property is dingy and not well maintained. The light next to the front staircase is broken and hasn't been fixed for probably 6 months. There are many more examples of this type of stuff as well. I'm sure that prospective renters notice this when... they come to see the apartments/property. The gym does not have AC or heat. In the summer, it gets very hot in there. There should be a portable AC unit in there to help with this. The location of the building is great. Autumn is nice. The building is not horrible to live in, but Park Cheesman charges premium rent, but does not offer a premium experience/product.

Could not be more satisfied with our apartment facing the park and the mountain-view sunsets.
Our water pressure is a little on the low side in the kitchen, but maintenance staff have already shown that they are responsive and willing to work with us. Excited for the year

Management is predatory towards renters. Add fees to lease each year without explanation and are combative if you ask questions. Building is nice and location is great- but Cushman & Wakefield makes living here difficult.
