I wanted to say a very special thank you to Charito and Eddie. Charito was my first impression of the staff and she was the kindest and most helpful tour guide. Eddie made my lease signing and move in process so incredibly easy and he's been nothing but helpful. I am very grateful for both of them.

There's always a lot of trash in the entryway. The building's exterior is unkempt. The structure above the entrance will soon fall off. There are mice in the apartment. The entryway and elevator stink.

The price for the square footage is hard to beat! I'm excited to find a place to call home with extremely helpful staff, that is just south of Denver, and has given me the space I need for a price that is actually affordable.
