DO NOT RENT HERE!
I was a resident of this building from March 2021 to April 2022. Here is just a sampling of what I dealt with:
1) Management company would not honor deal that was showing on the website when I applied. Was told I was incorrect and still denied when I showed proof that it was there.
2) I was not able to view the apartment I rented prior to signing. This building has layout and finish variations so all apartments in a particular category are not created equal.
3) It was IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone... for assistance. I was often met with "Out of Office" replies with no information on who to contact instead.
4) No full time on-site maintenance or management. They only come when there is an issue. As a result, things like non-working timers on exterior lights, overfull trash/dog waste bins, and common area issues go unnoticed and unaddressed until a resident files a maintenance ticket. For the price they charge, this should not be the residents fault.
5) Heating and A/C system in building is old, weak, and ineffective. It is a boiler/cooler system that can only be on one or the other. This means that when they switch between the system, the weeks before or after the switch may be miserable as there is no way for them to choose an ideal time to transition.
6) The people working at the company are rude and incapable of doing their job. For example, I extended my lease by 1 month completing all the necessary paperwork and requirements well in advance. On the day my original lease ended, I went to go to an appointment. I had forgot something in my apartment and went back to retrieve it only to be locked out. The door lock system was not updated to reflect my new lease end date by whoever was responsible. The emergency maintenance people were rude, did not communicate, and management would not compensate me for my troubles.
7) Random list of other issues: Pool opened very late in 2021, the fire alarm in the lobby went off randomly like once a week, no snow removal in courtyard, constant issues with the exterior lighting of the building not coming on, homeless folks sleeping in the call box lobby, and noise as the layers between the floor are not concrete.
Basically, avoid this building and Red Peak at ALL COST.

Horrible move in experience!
I recently moved into the Brit (two weeks ago). Prior to moving in the AC broke and this was not communicated to us. After calling the management company to inquire, they stated we would have a portable AC unit installed. It has been two weeks with no installation. We have tried to call the management company several times as well as email; and it is EXTREMELY difficult to get any sort of response. The management company clearly does not care about residents and has been unprofessional at best.... This is the worst and most difficult move in experience.

RUN AWAY!
Whatever you do, do NOT move here. This is the worst complex I’ve ever lived in—management puts your actual health at risk by not providing working central AC, having no sense or urgency (maintenance requests take weeks at best) and the building doors always being broken leaving it’s residents at risk for theft and crime. Absolutely shameful management. I’m not even sure how they sleep at night. RUN AWAY!
