Dont Rent Here
After being told the elevators would work by move-in, they did not. Apparently they have been down for months and management has no idea when they are going to be functioning again. Moving furniture up several flights of stairs increased the moving costs 2x. On top of that, the pool is not working as they said it would be. The parking garage is also under construction with limited parking and no assigned spots ($150/month). The air conditioning in my apartment does not work and it has been over... 100 degrees the past weekend. I moved in recently and my experience has been terrible since.
