We've only been here a few months but already the experience has blown other communities we've tried out of the water. Absolutely no complaints and we love the pet-of-the-month community newsletter! II love the community at Waterford Cherry Creek. I love the fact that it is open , has trees, is close to everything. The location is awesome! The staff is excellent, including Catherine Garcia and Ilear in maintenance ance.

Waterford Cherry Creek has been a delightful place to live. Their apartment layout, the surroundings, community, the events and food trucks they bring in, the amount of green space, the dog park, the friendliness of the management team and the maintenance team is what makes this establishment stand out. Whatever you need their staff does their best to make you feel happy living in this community. I have been a resident at Waterford Cherry Creek for over two years and truly appreciate my… apartment and my surroundings. If anything needs work in your apartment, they will take care of it right away.I appreciate the Management team more than I can say. Especially Katherine! She goes above and beyond for all of us. She is professional but makes you feel like family. Waterford Cherry Creek treats you as a true resident and not a stranger. They care about your experience living in their community. Waterford is really just average at best. The complex is visually appealing. Rent is an okay price and having a walk in closet is nice.
