Apartment Tour Review Isabella was very helpful and showed me several floor plans and options. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour a great experience. The apartment location is awesome, and I left feeling very informed about my options.

Frustrating level of non-professionalism Overall I was happy with the apartment complex until recently. The maintenance team has been very helpful. Unfortunately recently there have been numerous parking issues that were severely mishandled. First, the apartment complex staff sent out a communication that all cars needed to be moved in less than two days for parking lot service. Less than 2 days is not nearly an appropriate amount of notice. This resulted in numerous cars needing to be towed... nearby and then retrieved. The staff I spoke to about this were immediately defensive and unapologetic. To address the issue of crowded parking, the solution is to force tenants to pay monthly for a parking spot. This is not in the lease agreement and also very frustrating, with some spots costing hundreds per month. This could have been implemented in a manner were tenants could reserve one spot without having to pay. Read More

Faucet fix I just wanted to check in regarding the faucet. It looks like the small screen filter that screws onto the end of the faucet is missing, so when the water is turned on halfway it sprays outward.

You had mentioned that part would be ordered, so I was just checking to see if it has come in yet. If it has, you’re welcome to tape it to my front door. I can install it myself, it’s very easy.
