Frustrated Put in a request because I needed help with maintenance beyond my ability level. They dropped of the supplies and market my request complete leaving the work still incomplete. So I immediately put in another request stating such, that I still needed help with the task itself and they immediately canceled my request so I’m left with no resolution for my fixtures that are no longer operable. What is the point of a maintenance team then??

Move in the experience Moving in wasn’t too bad. The welcome gift was very nice and thoughtful. I feel like it’s items that we are actually gonna use and not that just filler things. The only issues we ran into were fixed pretty quickly. Parking was provided last minute and the garage that was provided had a key pad issue that did not allow us to get in. thankfully we ran into the on call maintenance person at night and he figured it out. Shout out to Guy. Everything else went smoothly.

Best tour I’ve Had at any Apartment Building in Denver I toured these apartments last Friday afternoon on a same day call in. The leasing agent, Camryn, was very professional and down to earth. She showed me a few different units and almost sold me on one while I was there. Was very impressed with the tour, the professionalism she displayed, and the overall team at westend apartments.
