A super great place to live always clean, the leasing staff is always trying to help , I even saw the leasing staff picking up trash the other day day they truly care about the property!

The Haven is nice so far. The staff are accommodating and knowledgeable and thoroughly assisted with my and my father’s needs.

I like living in this apartment, I do. But I feel like the maintenance people can clean MUCH better. Elevators can be wiped and mopped more, especially the hallways. Beautiful buildings and modern but very dirty. Hopefully management can hire people who can actually clean the place and do some type of Power wash. Plus residents don’t know how to pick up after their dogs. I always see droppings every morning unfortunately.
