Stratford Station is ok

I have been a resident here for 3 years and here are a few things that I have noticed:

Stratford station charges you 10 dollars per vehicle per month to park your car. You have no assigned parking nor is it covered which was just introduced a few months ago. Your guest are also charged to park. Why didn't they introduce a gate instead of passing the cost onto the residents?

The complex shuts of the water to buildings at least bimonthly due to some water problem they are having. We also have… continuous construction near my building and there is only one way into the property and once way out of the complex which can create congestion. The walls are pretty thin which means you can hear your neighbors whenever they come home as well as the ones on the other side of the wall. You are also able to hear the concerts down the street inside your apartment.

This is a lovely apartment complex -- it was my first. The staff are great to work with, maintenance is helpful scheduling around pets for work requests, and there was never an issue with free parking in the community.

Good place

This is a good neighborhood. Parking is free and first come first serve type, .You can buy a reserved parking spot or covered. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good area , neighbors are quiet and just go outside to go to their cars which is nice.

The staff is always helpful and maintenance is quick and nice . Only bad thing is that the rent is higher even than average even though rent in general has been going down in Denver, but this is a prime location, and they won't budge so for that they… get 4 star.
