Love it!!!

My roommate and I have really enjoyed living at The Marks. The community is really nice and quiet. The apartments are beautiful and perfect for two people! It was hard to find a place that had everything we were looking for and then we stumbled upon The Marks. The property is kept up well and the leasing office staff is nothing short of amazing!!! Zach and Mary are always a pleasure to chat with. The amenities here are kept up well and are always clean. If you’re debating, debate no longer and... move in here! It is the perfect location from Denver and anything south.

Really good community, tends to be quiet and neighbors are always friendly. I appreciate that they maintain plenty of lighting in all the public spaces, parking lots, and breezeways. There's plenty of police and security presence at all hours of the day and night patrolling. And they do their best to maintain all the property vegetation and spaces. Maintenance is very responsive, and the leasing office staff are always fantastic and positive. Stephanie, Anisa, Zack, and Mary do a great job of... organizing property events for the residents that are always successful and it's really nice to meet with neighbors and hang out. Greg, Brandon, and Sammy from the maintenance team are super good about getting back to you and respond pretty quickly even for simple stuff. I had a couple more advanced issues that they had to bring in outside vendors but Greg was really good about keeping me in the loop and accommodating my schedule. Access to the clubhouse and gym facility is wonderful and saves me money on memberships. Had some trouble with squirrels and spiders and they have a contract with a pest company who services the property weekly. So they're pretty responsive with any concerns you share with them. Been here almost 5 years, really good community, right next to a park, good school district, definitely a good place to live.

Verified Renter

The Marks is a decent apartment complex. Walking off the property and around the neighborhood can seem a little sketchy but there’s a lot of local law enforcement to be seen that makes it feel safer and proximity to the hospital so the neighborhood is well lit for walking your dog. Maintenance is very quick and efficient like within a day for most things and they’re all friendly and professional. Which makes me feel safer and welcome. I was nervous at first. I am feeling more relaxed than I was... thanks to the people who work here. There were some people of concern lingering on the property and taking shortcuts and that made my dog go nuts. It happened for about a week in one incident. There was also neighbors involved with police a few times when I first got here and that was concerning. I think that situation has resolved itself now.

Great place! I love this apartment complex is honestly everything you need for convenience. The amenities are essential for a guy like me. Zach and Mary are great in the leasing office, always updating me on every package I get. Honestly if you’re looking for place to start living in Denver it’s here :)
