The kitchen has a dual top over bottom set of ovens, full stove top, refrigerator, and is very generously stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans etc.
The home is the, (completely separated) upper half of a duplex; in which the downstairs is being occupied by the property manager, who doubles as the repairman. Thus there will only be four occupants in the upper half.
Rent is $775/month/single occupancy bedroom, Utilities, (including WIFI) are fully included in the rent.
