Terrible management

This place is a joke. The only pro to this complex is the location. The management is terrible and they will charge you for everything at the time of move out. I recommend avoiding properties owned by this company especially the ones near CSU.

Property Manager at Campus Park Apartments responded to this review

We take pride in offering a nice clean place to live for our residents. When a unit is left dirty and in disrepair from a resident, it is expensive to perform the necessary work to restore it to the condition we and our new residents expect.

Only pro is location.

Poorly managed, you'll definitely not get your full security deposit back and will be charged for things that were missing at move-in (like curtains) even when making a full list and letting the landlord know those things were missing at the time of move-in... and it's near impossible to contact the landlord anyways. The walls are extremely thin and we had a couple of leakages from the apartment above us (picture a constant stream of water coming through the roof and the light fixtures). Had a... pest problem (tons of little bugs, everywhere) due to improper cleaning at the time of move-in (the last tenant had left an open bag of cat food along with other pet stuff behind the washer, which had not been cleaned when we moved in). Overall I would definitely not recommend living here, not worth it.
