We are conveniently located just a few blocks west of the Colorado State University campus and offer large bedrooms, a helpful management team, experienced maintenance technicians, and a great overall value! Students can hop on one of several... Transfort bus routes to travel quickly between the CSU Transit Center and Ram's Village, with 4 bus stops conveniently located on our property.
Our apartments come fully equipped with major appliances, individual (per apartment) Wi-Fi Internet, heating and central A/C. Each apartment is attractively furnished creating a casual and comfortable living environment, allowing residents to forget the hassles of moving their own furniture! Our efficient floor plans provide plenty of living and storage space.

Rams Village
Rams Village is a great place to live! There are two pools, a fitness center, and spacious apartments. One can choose a 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom apartment and the choice of a refurnished apartment. Rams Village is one of the cheaper options of the major apartment complexes in the Fort Collins area.

Great Transition Space
I've lived here for two years with my roommate because of two things: bang for your buck, and location location location! This apartment complex is trendy, spacious, and has lots of natural light that comes into the units. They also just refurnished all of their units and updated the kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. I pay less than every other apartment complex around Rams Village, but get awesome amenities like a tanning salon, full gym, pool, and hot top. Located by many transit routes... to campus and other popular areas (such as Spoons, a few bars, and Old Town), it's the perfect place for week and weekend needs. The staff is absolutely awesome-- they know me by name and give everyone cookies during the winter. I love living here and plan to until I graduate-- it's just that good!
