Promenade Place is a fantastic place to live! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in the DTC! Professional and friendly staff and super nice apartments in a good price range. Avoid Promenade Place at all costs. Leasing office and maintenance is of little to no help. No amenities due to construction since March of 2025. Multiple packages either lost or stolen. Apartments can not hold temperature during summer and winter.
