I am loving living here at The Windsor. Jesse and Lexie have been extremely helpful, responsive, and kind during the move-in process. So far, anything that has come up has been resolved quickly. The apartment is beautiful, and the grounds are lovely. It's quiet, safe, and the access to Bear Creek Trail is amazing! The maintenance team has been awesome as well. I'm super happy with my choice to live here!

Great leasing agent staff made it a seamless move in process. Once moved in we started exploring the neighborhood and it is just what we were looking for. Quiet with lots of walking and biking paths, it’s located right in sister city park. Lots of great bird watching. The property is well taken care of, common areas are beautiful and landscaping is great with plenty of flowers planted in the spring.

The Windsor is a beautiful and safe community. I researched many communities in the Lakewood and Littleton area, and always came back to the Windsor, as it was the only one of many communities that checked all my boxes. The staff (specifically Lexie) was so professional, helpful, prompt, and attentive during the entire process, everything from first inquiry to moving in. I highly recommend The Windsor and its quiet, lovely location, plus it is very close and convenient to everything.

Overall happy with living here. Quiet and friendly neighbors and management. Neighbors could sometimes be better at picking up the poo from their dogs but otherwise they’re fine. I enjoy being in a gated community and the events the front office holds, as well as food truck Thursdays.

It is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful environment. Safety is imperative and we have that. People are respectful and friendly. The staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. We love that we can walk into the office and be helped at any time or they set up a time. Grounds keepers are also friendly and respectful.
Having a 3 pools helps to cut down on being able to go at anytime. The exercise room is always clean and maintained.
