Prosper Place is, overall, a great place to live. The location is fantastic, our neighbors have been extremely welcoming and polite, as well as the staff, and there are fantastic amenities.

Verified Renter

Its nice, but should be open on Sunday during summer hours. Previous property management regularly held BBQ, weekly gathering eg pizza parties, taco Tuesday, donuts Friday etc, but not anymore. They had a nice coffee machine but got ride of it. It took them (practically) three yeas to fix water filter in gym. They hide the remote to the TV in general office/resident lounge. Property is well maintained, but property has a rodent issue and fitness center is not state of the art. Pool is nice! ... Trash butler, but you can’t guarantee they will recycle bags in past. Computers have issues that have been ignored for years. If you don’t care about amenities. It’s pretty nice community for older generation and families. Maintenance has a turn over issue, and finding good help is difficult it seems for the manager.

I would not recommend living here to any family or friends. The community looks nice and the staff are friendly, however they struggle to do the bare minimum. Work orders will not get done for multiple weeks and plenty of the concerns you have will be looked over. There are definitely better communities out there charging less for rent and still prioritizing their resident's satisfaction.
