Overall, the experience has been disappointing for the amount we pay each month. While Bilt is promoted as a resident benefit, it does not work for residents who use Flex to pay rent, which makes that benefit largely irrelevant in our case.
The pool is also closed frequently, and there are ongoing issues with noise and disturbances around the property. Most recently, there were people outside screaming, slamming doors, and threatening to call the police on each other between approximately 1:00... and 3:30 a.m.
Communication and follow-through from management have also been a major frustration. During scheduled unit inspections, I took three separate days off work to accommodate access, only for the inspections to be canceled at the last minute each time. Situations like this show very little consideration for residents’ time.
The appliances provided are also of subpar quality, and it often feels as though every possible service or convenience comes with an additional fee. For the total monthly cost of living here, the overall quality of the property, amenities, communication, and resident experience simply do not feel worth what we are paying.

Prosper Place is a beautiful place to live and I feel safe here! The grounds are well managed and beautiful! Maintenance does a good job. It is nice to come home to.
