So far my move in has been very smooth. The office communicates fast and efficiently and everyone is very friendly. The neighborhood is a nice family area where I feel safe. I love the location and everything was very clean and working well when I moved in.

I’m loving the community and everyone’s fur babies. The location is awesome your minutes from everything! I-25, Hwy 36 up to Estes, and the airport. It’s a beautiful thing.

Something breaks every week. No heat or hot water, broken garbage disposal, a fridge that leaks, porch screen falls off, stairway fan didn't work and most of our windows don't close fully. It's irritating to keep having submit a maintenance request all the time.
