I found this community after living in Denver proper for 4 years and wanting something a bit quieter and closer to nature. I toured and was immediately impressed with the units and management. They were kind and knowledgeable. Rent is very affordable and I signed immediately. I got the keys a day later and the rest is history. I love it here and been here about 8 months. It’s super close to walking trails and Red Rocks, which was important to me. The community itself is very quiet and respectful... with ample parking. After living in hectic Denver, I have absolutely loved being here in the quiet, despite being farther from the city. Would recommend to anyone.
