I have lived at Broadstone Wren for almost 2 years, I absolutely love it. My dogs are quiet and don't bark like they used to in my old neighborhood, management and maintenance are fantastic. They stay on top of things and make it a safe environment to live in

Love it here! 2 years and going on our 3rd year when we renew our lease. It’s a beautiful place to call home and never had noise issues. Our building is cleaned weekly and I love coming home to vacuumed stairs and entrances. And the stuff they use smells amazing!!! The grounds are well maintained. The pool was opened for most of the summer with only a slight repair closure. Compared to my old complex where it was always closed for repair! Summers are so enjoyable and the pool is never... crowded. I feel safe parking and walking around. And I love being surrounded by so many shops and eateries!

Excellent choice!!

I will start off by saying I never write reviews. For this one I think it’s a little bit special because they really deserve a good review at Broadstone Wren.

Really about the details and when you go inside the office, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. The apartments are fantastic clean and the detailing in there is fantastic as well. The pool area is amazing very clean. They have a great gym. They have a great lobby.

I would also like to mention that the staff is incredible! I worked... with Britney and from the moment I spoke to her on the telephone before I even arrived. I knew I wanted to go see this apartment unit. She was fantastic. So from showing the apartment to filling out the paperwork, she helped with every step of this process with a smile on her face and was very professional, and went out of her way to make it a good experience
