Very friendly staff, the apartment layout makes it feel bigger and is very functional. It is a quiet community and very dog friendly. My dogs have enjoyed walking around the community and visiting the dog park a couple times.

We enjoy living here. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great. The few issues we have are not the complex’s fault. Things like residents not picking up after their dogs and traffic noise at night from sirens is more than we would like. But, overall no complaints about the staff or apartment.

Updated apartment homes (open-concept floorplan, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, garages / storage rooms, etc), Nice Amenities (clubhouse, pool, gym, dog washing station, dog park, etc), Great Location (close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, trails, etc). Waterford on Mainstreet is a wonderful option to call home.
